Listen to the wind in the trees, for with the wind comes great teachings.
Listen to the waters lapping against the shore, for with the water comes great healing.
Listen to the crackle of the fire, for with the fire comes great visions.
Tread carefully upon Mother Earth, for we are her caretakers. From her depths come life.

Move carefully through the doors of the medicine wheel. Take heed the things you learn there.
Above all else, be thankful to Creator, and the Grandfathers of the four directions who guide us through our teachings. Our brothers, the animals, winged and scaled, for they give us sustenance.

For all the gifts, be humble and grateful, for they give our life meaning.
